Stillus Pinery Gin is a refreshing rendition of the classic London Dry gin, is meticulously crafted from a curated selection of 9 botanicals. Painstakingly distilled to capture the essence of the botanical bouquet, our house gin promises a delightful experience, concluding with a clean, fruity finish. Each bole holds a generous 35g of hand- selected herbs and spices, resulting in a harmonious blend with a juniper-forward aroma and an unexpectedly citrusy palate. Careful balancing ensures a dry, clean finish, while subtle notes of peppercorn and anise cleanse the palate between sips.

Stillus Horilka with Chili Pepper & Honey is a traditional Ukrainian spirit and one of our bestsellers. It’s quite possibly the only vodka you’d prefer to drink at room temperature, as a full shot, boom up—quite similar to tequila. This spirit serves as the perfect companion to any food and is a great party drink. ‘Horilka’ is the Ukrainian word for vodka, derived from ‘hority,’ meaning to burn or be on fire. Despite its name, it’s not overly spicy; instead, it strikes a perfect balance. The unique flavour profile makes it delightful even for those who don’t typically enjoy spicy spirits, often surprising many.
The intensity of fresh chili is delicately tamed and harmonized with raw Canadian honey, imparting a reinvigorating red hot chili taste with just a hint of heat.

The infusion of real shredded coconut and freshly squeezed Florida key limes creates a disncve flavour profile that sets this moonshine apart. The spirit’s denser texture contributes to its dangerously shippable quality, making it a delightful choice for those seeking a taste of the exotic.
Superbly enjoyable on the rocks. Proves versatile in cocktails, with its tropical notes complementing a variety of mixed drinks. You only need to add ginger beer to create a perfect mule. 40% ABV.
NEAT, copper still distilled ultra-premium vodka. Unlike many commercially produced vodkas it is not sterile. It has a character and it is tasty. We can make this type of vodka because we distill in copper. Drink at room temperature and savour every sip. Made only with Ontario grown winter wheat and limestone filtered artesian well water. Distilled to 94.5% to retail original grain texture and aroma. Coconut husk charcoal filtered, rested for more than 3 months. No additives or chemical filtrations.
